Her professional journey involved advising a diverse portfolio of clients in various sectors, including fashion, retail, F&B, oil & gas, FinTech, e-commerce, shipping, and investment holding.

Stefania’s expertise spans corporate governance, structuring and investment, as well as corporate compliance and regulatory issues. Her background adds a valuable legal perspective into the Company.
